Every market that matters in the next 20 years is visible in public data today. The signals exist before mainstream awareness. We detect them continuously, classify them automatically, and deliver them as structured intelligence.

01

Ingest

Continuous monitoring of regulatory filings, legislative activity, operator disclosures, and infrastructure data from verified primary sources.

02

Classify

Every record classified by event type, relevance, and market attribution. Structured for auditability and reproducibility.

03

Score

Scored, tiered, and ranked intelligence updated automatically when qualifying signals are detected. Every change is sourced and traceable to its origin record.

Every score we publish is backed by a five-container intelligence system — structured, auditable, and traceable from source document to market score.

FKB

Factor Knowledge Base

Scoring inputs, weights, and per-market values backing every published score.

RPL

Regulatory Precedent Library

Structured regulatory documents — federal rules, state legislation, FAA orders — with factor mappings and significance weighting.

MCS

Market Context Store

State-level posture, regional clusters, and peer-market groupings.

OID

Operator Intelligence Database

Operator deployment stages, certifications, financing history, vertiport commitments.

FPIS

Federal Programs Intelligence Store

Federal grant and SBIR programs mapped to scoring factors and gap-analysis pathways.

Identifier Substrate

AIX-ID Registry

The five containers ingest, classify, score, and store. The AIX-ID Registry binds them. Every tracked asset — market, heliport, vertiport, corridor, operator, legislative bill, federal program, classified signal — receives a canonical identifier such as aix:hp:5KN8R3J2 or aix:bill:6W2SA6W2.

6,203 identifiers across 16 namespaces. Version-stable. Append-only audit trail enforced at the database via Postgres triggers. Identifiers are free to cite and reference; the underlying data history and API access are licensed.

Full published methodology, standardized terminology, and source traceability at airindex.io/methodology and airindex.io/terminology. Institutional artifacts — the AIX-ID paper, the AIX-ID license, and related standards — are linked from Publications.
