Two Arizona bills — air-mobility fund SB1457 and vertiport-zoning SB1819 — moved through committee on May 10. The pipeline classified both from primary-source legislative filings, anchored them to AIX identifiers aix:bill:MSMWIMSM and aix:bill:6W2SA6W2, and recorded the score change with a full audit-chain entry.
Tier change drove a Daily Wire-eligible market event. Audit trail preserved at the database level via immutable triggers.

The full historical record is preserved — never edited, never deleted. Successor entries supersede earlier ones explicitly; the prior state remains queryable. This is the discipline rating agencies operate on, applied to emerging-infrastructure markets.
